About the Role

As Manager, Regulatory Reviews, you’ll lead a team of professionals conducting targeted reviews that improve regulatory systems across sectors. You’ll play a key role in shaping how regulation is designed and implemented in Aotearoa.

You’ll also:

• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Oversee complex, cross-agency review projects
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and Ministers
• Strengthen relationships across the public sector

About You

We’re looking for a strategic leader who brings:

• Proven experience leading delivery teams in complex environments
• Expertise in regulatory policy, design, and or implementation
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound judgement, political nous, and a collaborative mindset
• A passion for public service and system-level thinking
