Flexible and supportive work environment
We understand the importance of work-life balance. Our Ministry supports flexible working arrangements to help you perform at your best while balancing your personal commitments. We also offer higher than average annual leave—23 days per year, increasing to 25 days after two years of service
To further support your wellbeing, all employees have access to up to six sessions with a counsellor or clinical psychologist through Umbrella Wellbeing.
